Compare business electricity plans in NSW

NSW business electricity plans depend on your network, meter and usage. Upload a recent bill to check eligible published offers from our panel and compare estimated annual usage and supply costs on the same basis.

Why your NSW network matters

Find Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy or Essential Energy on your electricity bill. Network areas have different plans and charges. A rate advertised for Sydney may not apply to a regional NSW site, even when the retailer is the same.

We ask you to confirm the distributor where needed. We do not use a different network’s plan just to produce a saving. Keep the NMI and site address available for the eligibility review.

What to compare beyond the usage rate

  • Annual usage and the daily supply charge, including GST on the same basis.
  • Single rate, peak/off-peak periods, controlled load and any demand charges.
  • Discount conditions, one-off fees, solar credits and the contract’s rate-change terms.
  • Whether the published plan is available for your business size and meter.

Does the reference price show my saving?

A reference-price percentage is not the same as a saving against your own bill. The Default Market Offer provides a comparison reference for NSW offers. Your actual costs depend on the site’s usage, charges and tariff.

Our estimate compares your extracted usage and supply costs with available plans. It is a starting point and excludes conditional discounts, solar credits and one-off fees. Complex tariffs need a fuller review.

What you will see after the bill check

Where comparable offers are available, we show up to five plans ordered by estimated annual cost. Compare up to three, then select the one you want to discuss. We show when an option costs the same or more, and say when no saving is found.

Energy Made Easy is a separate government comparison service for NSW small businesses. Our panel does not cover every plan available through the market.
